Voice remixes Cofinimmo’s content and web design
The goal? To increase users’ interest in the content and prolong their presence on the website.
In order to meet this new challenge, the digital department of the communications agency has implemented an approach focused on two key elements: the development of a new content matrix and the creation of a more modern and engaging web graphic charter.
Appropriate and attractive content
Voice began its mission with a phase of in-depth analysis of the content, traffic, user profiles of the site and Cofinimmo’s competitors. Based on this study, Voice proposed a new content architecture and carried out ergonomic and graphic design work to make the site more efficient.
According to Valérie Kibieta, Head of External Communication & Investor Relations at Cofinimmo, “the content and design are more faithful to our current needs. The website is more adapted and attractive, it better meets the expectations of our users. Since the launch, we have observed an average session duration on the site that is 20% higher.”
